Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 24 pink candy melts for bunny feet
  • 24 pink candy melts cut into ear shapes or use fondant

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand or stand mixer
  • Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Fork or skewer for dipping
  • Small knife or scissors (for cutting candy melts into ear shapes)

Method

Crush the Oreos
  1. Process the Oreo cookies (including the filling) into fine crumbs using a food processor.
Make the Mixture
  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
Shape the Balls
  1. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze
  1. Chill the balls in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.
Coat in Chocolate
  1. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully covered.
Roll in Coconut
  1. While the chocolate is still wet, roll each coated ball in shredded coconut to create a fluffy bunny effect.
Attach the Feet
  1. Press two pink candy melts onto the front bottom of each ball to form bunny feet.
Add Ears
  1. Stick two pink candy melt pieces or fondant ears on top while the chocolate is still soft.
Let Set
  1. Allow the coated and decorated Oreo balls to set completely before serving.

Notes

  • Make It Even Cuter → Use a mini marshmallow or white candy melt for a fluffy bunny tail.
  • Alternative Coating → Instead of coconut, roll in white sanding sugar for a sparkly finish.
  • Easier Dipping Hack → Use a toothpick or fork to lower the Oreo ball into the melted chocolate.
